Bio: Bellatrix is pony on the other side of the law.  As a black market dealer, she is always evading the law and is really good at doing so.  Her wares are illegal but law enforcement has better things to do that go after users though.  She generally cares for her clients though.  Despite being a shady yet friendly character, she's a magical girl.  Bellatric can transform into a humanoid form to fight evil.  She is Stella sister.
